- Make sure you have the right permissions and locations set up in ALMA. Below are the minimum set of roles needed by the Fulfillment and ILL FG members. For those with a scope of library, you’ll need to add the roles to each library at your institution that you’ll want to test.

- Below are the minimum set of roles needed by members of the ILL Ops and User Exp. teams, so that they can complete their testing. These roles will be operator level roles that will allow the teams to test without being able to make any configuration changes. One of these “Fulfillment Staff Operator” roles should be created for each campus.

- Fulfillment FG member with permissions, or local person responsible for account creation- Recreate Test patron accounts for the group three groups (Fulfill FG, ILL Ops, Discovery User Exp.) to use during testing. Refer to the Vanguard Testing Worksheet for the accounts created during Vanguard. - Fulfillment FG member with permissions, or local person responsible for configuration- Confirm fines and fees are correctly configured locally.
- Fulfillment FG member with permissions, or local person responsible for configuration- Configure consortial blocks for patrons that let items go to lost status (Local? Network?)
- Fulfillment FG member with permissions, or local person responsible for configuration- Configure testing emails (Local) . Unscrub the emails and add to allowed emails list.

- UCLA and UCB Local teams- Make sure RLF requestable types (general collection and non-circ, but requestable) have the correct item type that allows for requesting within the AFN. (UCLA and UCB)
