Data Privacy Update:
We need campuses to agree to share their data for the training. The PMs have created a new form to get permissions from each campus for each workshop.

Please encourage your ICs to allow data to be used for questions. Questions asked by campuses who did not agree will be answered genericly (verbally only without demo - they may not have access to a generic sandbox for the workshop), or offline after the workshop.

If only some campuses agree to share their data, we will have to monitor questions for the campus and let the trainer know whether they can use the data or not.

SILS Post Mortem

Phase 4 officially ends December 23.

We will spend time at a future meeting (TBD) completing this post mortem when all of us can attend. For now, feel free to take a look at what we will discuss.

Please note any future IT meetings for which you will not be available to attend (between now and November 19). Our meeting on 9/10 will be cancelled due to the Analytics training.
