We need campuses to agree to share their data for the training. The PMs have created a new form to get permissions from each campus for each workshop.

•  Everyone should register for the workshop
•  Please sign up to host a session if possible

Phase 4 officially ends December 23.

• What needs to happen before this date?

• What is useful for the campuses?

• How do we hand-off our work to the next Phase?

• What recommendations do we want to provide (if anything), e.g. Training Hub?

We will spend time at a future meeting (TBD) completing this post mortem when all of us can attend. For now, feel free to take a look at what we will discuss.
