Description

The November 2021 release of Primo VE includes a new feature “Exclude eBooks from CDI Results” that will exclude CDI eBook records in search results.

This feature has potential implications for eBook collections managed in the NZ and cataloging prioritization decisions (both at SCP and locally).

Decision

We recommend campuses not enable the “Exclude eBooks from CDI Results” feature pending further investigation and discussion
