7 | Parking Lot | Capture important topics for future discussion | 5 | NRLF is trying to solve an issue between Alma and Caia. There’s no workaround to handle these requests as they get stuck in the system. There was a discussion from Phase 4 around Reading Rooms and how that functioned in Alma. One of the campuses (UCR?) might have put in an EXL request around this. This comes into play when there are library use only resource sharing items. Update: NRLF issue temporarily solved. There are about 750 requests being supplied, this will take a while. One “contaminated” request stopped the others from moving forward. The root cause is unknown. |
