Review and report on statistical reporting to third parties with Alma Analytics, with a goal of improving harmonization and efficiency.
RolesWhat are the duties needed to get the work done? Who will take notes? Who will keep meetings on track/time? Who is responsible for tracking actions?
Steering Committee members Chan Li, Ellen Augustiniak, and Michele Potter will provide guidance.
Chair Ellen Augustiniak will ensure that meetings run smoothly, with advance agendas, note-taking, time-management, and facilitation approaches that are guided by the SILS Best Practices for Team Members. (Shared governance structure, charges and work practices)
