When creating a brief order bib, CDL Acquisitions will use a brief record template prefaced by CDL ACQ., which will include a 035 field of “This#record#is#not#for#cataloging” and 590 fields with:
“This record is for CDL Acquisitions use only with no OCLC# and suppressed. NO IZ editing.”

Any all-caps descriptions will be replaced with relevant information and . After all required information has been entered, a norm rule will be created run that would remove any leftover fields.
