Team Charter: Includes group objective, roles, and expectations for working together. We are starting to build this document during our time.

  • Notes/Timekeeper: rotating by roster order. Mark and Jharina on for next meeting. Action Item tracker is the Chair.

ALL: for next time: distill purpose/objective phrasing. Capture brainstorm items that are drill-down areas of work but not purpose level. HOMEWORK: think about group practices for 3rd section - can edit directly in wiki doc, send via Slack, etc. To finalize next meeting.
