• Create shared FAQ to respond to end-user questions

• Create clearinghouse of campus outreach / end-user training materials (libguides/learning objects, etc)

  • Create supplementary training material template

  • Start identifying candidates for the “train the trainer” process. Generally want at least one staff member per department, at each campus. Be mindful of branch libraries. This will only be the initial pass to identify potential gaps - we will do this process again much closer to staff training.
