Neil discussed the charge with Lena and Christine - as expected, there is some confusion over the role of the group. While this team will provide communication structure and templates, there is a question of if they will also be responsible for actually sending out said communication. Further, the team is only responsible for communication around training items - although some to campuses (excluding library staff) - the internal training team will be responsible for communication with library staff around training. Some coordination with the communication operation leads will be needed.

• Start identifying candidates for the “train the trainer” process. Generally want at least one staff member per department, at each campus. Be mindful of branch libraries.
