Explain our objective (transparency into decision-making process and project progress is a SILS principle #10); reminder to review your content; explain why we are not allowing members to make things private in Confluence; share link to decision page in the communication; inform Cohort members they may get requests to grant access to documents in Gshared drive. This function is disabled in Gshared drive. They can delete the email, and let the PMs know if they are getting too many requests. (see #2 in Questions to Consider)
