• Questions still exist about whether Vanguard sites will be able to grant access to non-Vanguard campuses.

  • Details are still being worked out as to how this will work, but it is Greg’s understanding that the cohort is discussing how best to make this work for bot the vanguard and non-vanguard campuses. More information to come (hopefully within the next ~4 weeks).

    • Potential “buddy system” being discussed, for non-vanguard campuses to “buddy up” with a vanguard campus.

    • Concerns about patron privacy to be addressed.

  • Joint spreadsheet will become the shared “Data Cleanup” Vanguard testing document

  • Due date for PDCG testing scenarios is August 17th

  • The expectation is that SILS team members who are from a Vanguard institution will be responsible for completing the testing for their respective SILS group’s area in their Vanguard environment

    • If you’re not in the Vanguard and are inclined to test, go for it
