Having the two topics interspersed like this would make that flexibility much more clunky, particularly in technical services. Additionally, the placement of Q & A sessions could be problematic. It might make much more sense to finish Patron Services on Day 2 instead of bringing them in on Day 3. And yes, the “Introduction – all staff” section would be helpful for everyone. Marci reported breaking it up doesn’t allow for contracting and expanding for questions. Set expectations up front for questions during the session.
