• New-to-Alma institutions can set up their schedule for the Spring workshop at their leisure. Topics must remain in order, but can stretch to 5 days (see template schedule in #1)

• Continue discussion of current Alma campus scheduling (item #4) at next week’s meeting, after members have discussed with their campuses

•  TurnbowKatie Ritchey (Unlicensed)Brian David (Unlicensed) will take the IT group’s decision back to ExLibris and get these scheduled.
•  Catherine Busselen will reach out to acquisitions group for input on scheduling current alma campuses
•  Catherine Busselen , Peter Soriano (Unlicensed) and Antoinette Avila (Unlicensed) will add training dates to calendar
•  Sylvia Page (Unlicensed) will create a landing page for spring workshop training
