Publicizing the new cohort and publishing the new SILS rosters

Discuss where we should publish the new SILS rosters; welcome letters have been sent 11/15.

Discuss how to publicize the new cohort. SILS News?

An easy place for now would be the SILS website Rosters page in a new “UCLAS-integrated SILS” or “Operational SILS” or “Ongoing SILS” or some such heading.

Invite Com Leads to TTF? We discussed this in August. We forgot about it. What was our desired outcome here?

Anything special we want to do to mark our final meeting on 12/14?

Ben Alkaly (Unlicensed)
  • Update the SILS UC Libraries website home page

  • Remove the word project from the title and other places where it no longer makes sense

  • Update breadcrumb on Documents page (move to SILS rather than SLASIAC)

  • Action: Ben will draft a home page for SILS, the ongoing service.

  •
Christine Barone (Unlicensed) and Lena Zentall (Unlicensed) to draft SILS News to announce new cohort.
  • Are you still able to do this? Yes
