All chairs report: Middle of round robin about workplans.

OT: A team will be meeting with Ex Lib. as part of the renegotiation agreement to discuss ways that being a consortia has made our experience worse.

Central Package: discussed how we could possibly push customization to the IZs, and the options available. Most attractive option is having a package that is automatically distributed to everyone so shared customization is inherited and there’s a layer of customizations that are campus dependent (IF campus = UCD, THEN show X, ELSE show Y ). Idea being 1 location (Git, etc), collaboration, and shared expertise.

• UCR: Update on Ticket# 07029351

  • 3 total tickets, after UCR responded with disappointment, next day Customer Care manager responded that they’re taking it back to product management.

• CDL: Calculated Availability ticket

  • No answer yet

• UCI: Resource Sharing Library as Location

  • Unknown why this is showing. Only shows ILL ability when displayed as “related title.” When clicking the record itself, it shows that the location (Resource Sharing Library) doesn’t accept ILLs.

• CDL: Question - who runs Primo Analytics at the campuses.
