Question 1: no concerns

Question 2: time estimate seems appropriate for normal members, low for SC. Also trying to determine time load in the future. Local teams will also push up the amount of work needed - is that part of the estimate?

Question 3: still figuring this one out. Early in the process. Right now is a very ad-hoc process, would like to work towards something more standardized. Early communications are dependent on knowledge of our promises to the end user.

Question 4: Not developing end user training yet - we need to know more about the actual look and feel of the system at the local levels. Heavy collaboration with the IT team needed around vocabulary and approach on Primo VE training.

Questions 5, 6, 7: Need to get some movement on issues surrounding creative work / end user promises about the system. Other groups are involved in this, need to work with them to define and timeline these items.
