What are the risks? Would Ex Libris push back? If so, what would they suggest?
Caitlin: UCSB small, already on Alma Primo; UCB (Millennium) and UCLA (Voyager) large and each has a RLF; UCSD (Millenium) includes SCP; UCSF (Millenium) small, grad students and medical students, Millennium user; Plus the CDL. Will be recommending this tomorrow. What kind of risk does this mean for us, and how would we mitigate it?
Maria: should be OK. robust cross section of data records. ExL will support UC if problems arise. ExL will respond before Friday if this position changes.
Caitlin: if we need to reduce, we could move UCSF. But, they are pretty small.
Carlo: two largest repositories UCB and UCLA
We will proceed to recommend 5 campuses in the Vanguard plus the CDL to the Working Group
Maria will verify with ExL is OK with 5 campuses in the Vanguard plus the CDL

When are the handoffs between onboarding hand-offs between on-boarding and vanguard?
PM, migration consultant, implementation consultant (network zone stuff) + analysts = 4-5 person team (maybe smaller)
Transitioning - the vanguard team will be with you through go-live. Onboarding team pulls out all the highlights and info so that they can ramp up more quickly.
Collaborative workflows - also in May, that’s when that person comes on. That person will then overlap with onboarding. Before the collaborative network meeting, there is training that gets assigned. Then we have then come in and all talk about that topic.
What dates are set in stone?
What tasks are dependencies for which milestones?
Will there be checklists for particular major milestones (i.e. Vanguard test load)?
