Description
Outcomes of testing of Shared Vendor functionality in Vanguard and recommendations for vendor data for test load.
Decision
AEFG recommends not adopting Shared Vendors for SILS. AEFG will do a confirming test toward the latter part of Vanguard availability to confirm functionality limitations as well as future possibilities for adoption (i.e., how updated vendor codes are distributed through purchase order lines). Recommending using tertiary reporting code* to associate IZ CDL order records with local orders with the same publisher/provider.
