9 | Planning for Primo VE Workshop on week of May 17th | Communications subgroups is meeting today to talk through the email to send out. Question: Is it even worth it at this point to email to the whole cohort since we’re not anouncing the other training? Would it be more beneficial to just draft an email people can copy on their local campuses? Thoughts? [Left for lingering questions, next steps] Things we need to do
Primo VE environment: still being decided by ICs, have until 2 weeks before workshop to decide (deadline May 3) Training is on May 17th Session attendance breakdown by ex libris Logistics to consider:

10 | Expertise Map | 15 min | All | Review existing information available KR - the IC doc seems mainly focused on who knows configuration. Could still be useful to make our own that we can add people who know how to do workflows? | |||
