EUOS will investigate the needs and possible structure of a central webpage about the SILS project to communicate information to end users.

• When do we need it?

  • By Feb-March 2021 - as communications to end users ramps up

• What needs to be on it?

  • EUO determines

• How will we get the information that needs to be on it?

  • EUO determines in conjunction with other SILS team

• Where will it live?

  • Needs to be somewhere high level (UC website, COULs website, etc.) Potential move into https://libraries.universityofcalifornia.edu/about/initiatives - need to talk to PM group.

• Who will build it? Requires specialized knowledge on website design.

  • Need to determine where it will live first.

• How do we test before launch?

  • EUO determines, later in the process.

• Where do people go for more information?

  • Two tiered - “buck stops here” contact, plus other info based on page content.

• Will we store training materials here?

  • EUO determines.
