Vanguard institutions are: Berkeley, CDL, UCLA, San Diego, San Francisco, Santa Barbara
The priority for these meetings is Vanguard institutions. However, topics covered will be relevant for anyone who will participate in configuring or testing during the vanguard phase (June 15-end of October 2020.)
The Alma training will be repeated during the Implementation phase.
Invitation with Zoom info will go to Implementation Coordinators, SILS chairs, and the Internal Training group members. They will forward to functional specialists in the cohort and at campuses who should attend.
For SILS cohort members, ask your group chair to forward you the meeting invite.
For local campus groups members, ask your Internal Training representative for the invite.
Internal Training cohort members will share more information about training-specific meetings.
All meetings will be recorded. Links to the recordings will be posted in Basecamp and in the Ex Libris Meeting Recordings sheet in the cohort shared drive.
