• End User Outreach Subgroup (EUOS) working on their Branding Decision Page that will include their group making the UC-eLinks decision

• Liz Miraglia, chair of Resource Management FG (RMFG) needs our feedback on their decision pages that involve discovery. See table at the bottom of this page for more details.

• Attend ExL Primo VE Q&A on Monday 9/28 @ 1pm

• Jess and I will be attending Archives & Special Collections Escalation Leaders group mtg this Thursday, invited by Danelle Moon (chair), who is also a PPC member. Will be there to answer their question of: “What is the status of discovery priorities and specifically address the third party testing? "

• 856, SFX, and Portfolio display at the item level was discussed. Portfolios can accommodate very detailed information. Some concern about 856 display at the bottom of the record for DAMs record. Discussion about other ways to link DAMs objects - make them Portfolios, 856 display next to Portfolio area

RMFG needs Discovery to help with testing:

(both IZ and NZ. Prioritize IZ)

• Are there any fields/facets that are not showing up in Primo that should?

• Are there any impacts on Primo due to campuses migrating their data differently that are critical to resolve before test load?

• With specific regard to the 856 question: how do the local links interact with/interfere with the links from SFX links?

• Our display goal = Have clean Portfolio displays based on accurate data.

• All: Take these 3 questions to your group and test.
• Josephine Tan (Unlicensed) create folder for each Vanguard to place feedback/ screenshots etc. about the three questions
• Jared Campbell find examples of using 856 link that displays near Portfolio in Primo VE item record. E.g. finding aids info.
• Josephine Tan (Unlicensed) consult on DFG in RACI for the decision page “Local ….856 “
