2	RLF holdings added / holdings withdrawn	Update on Daisy’s discussions with Tim and Tin The plan for getting updated data for FY23/24 and the status of that update	15	Anna and Daisy	Anna -Numbers for this year’s stats seemed very off for adds and withdrawns. RLFs did large metadata projects which affected how data could be gathered for stats. NRLF - creating a filter to get correct data. SRLF - more complicated. May have to run this as non-ILS data in future. Daisy - last year, had original depositor info, didn’t report withdrawns. Campuses asking how data could be gathered from RLFs to clean up records. Discussion led to use of modification date to gather that information. When applied, didn’t work due to data clean up at RLFs (changed modification dates). Berkeley and UCLA most affected.	Records counts may have to become manual reports to get accurate data.	Daisy will report progress with non-ILS data. Renaming added/withdrawn to accessioned/deaccessioned to be debated.
3	Special Collections - reporting title counts	Check on how campuses are approaching the title count question	5-10	Chan	Asking for holdings and title information. Holdings - space measurement. Title - may not have actual records and be too much to ask.	Campuses do not need to report title count if unnecessary or unable.
4	NZ-level data	any questions so far? How is reviewing going?	15	All	Deadline to approve September 20. Drop in electronic resources a concern. Daisy -some campuses have done purges of duplicate records. Duplicate records. Candidate DDAs. Various collections excluded due to not being considered purchased content, which was not done last year. Going forward having exclusions listed? More clarity needed.
