Review Files

Delays

  • Unforeseen issues have caused some delays

  • Daisy is working through them

  • Anna will do high level review and share review files asap

  • Recommendation: AASA-PT members should inform campus colleagues about the timeline in order to prepare for the quick turnaround.

    • Will alternate reviewers be needed due to time off?

10

All

  • Hoping to have the review files ready this week

  • Proposing two weeks turnaround for review, so campuses can identify alternate reviewers

3

July 1st NZ Run

Due to delays with review files, we have two options:

  1. Recommended: Run the report on July 1st : Any campus decisions not submitted in time to be incorporated into the report will be manually applied after the run.

  2. Alternative: Run the report after all campuses have responded with their decisions. Decisions will be integrated into the analytics build and report will be run at a later time in July.

10

All

  • Examples of decision: new campus user groups, new location codes, resource types, etc.

  • Will go with July 1st run (recommended decision)

4

Draft FY25 NZ-level output reporting

Seeking feedback on campus-level year-over-year comparison of high-level NZ-only stats

  1. What information is most useful/important to include in a high-level comparison?

20

Anna / All

  • Proposing more NZ level details

5

NZ-level output review process

Recommendation: Each campus should at least review the campus-level year-over-year comparison of high-level NZ-only stats (draft)

  • E-resources comparison file will be provided to support any further investigation

    • September 2024 vs July 2025

  • The link to the FY 2024 NZ-level output will be shared to facilitate comparison, as needed, to identify changes

  • AASA-PT team members can decide if campus colleagues need to review the NZ output.

    • File will can be shared with any campus colleague who needs to review
