NZ-level output review - status update

15

Anna

Ongoing review. eResources in general have increased overall in “Available For”. Physical holdings had modest changes, still investigating. Physical collection usage saw changes and may need to be redone: summing errors in NZ level output.

@Anna Striker to clean up usage data before sharing.

3

Physical collection usage reporting

  • NZ-level stats and non-ILS reporting of Network (AFN) and ILL data

  • FYI: NZ-level physical collection usage data for campus review and YoY comparison

15

Anna

NZ level output inaccurate. Will only be using non-ILS reporting for data. Comparisons to last year’s NZ data will be limited to create an apples-to-apples approach.

4

eResources reporting

  1. Walk through of the informational campus eResources comparison reports

  1. FYI: Analytics measure used for FY24/25 eResources reports

20

Anna

Listings of new collections for fiscal year. Summary tabs for “Available For” and “Available At”. Changes of 5000+ or - flagged.

Due to staffing levels at CDL, will not be rerunning this year for questions using “In Repository” vs. “Active Portfolios”.

DDA/PDA included/not separated yet.

@Anna Striker to share via email this week.
