3	CDLNZ-PT Update		10	@Erika Quintana @Lisa Spagnolo	Summary of Ordering Feedback emailed 11/30/2022 Diversity in terms of interest in Options (except for consensus on Option C). Standardization may be impossible, but potential for harmonization or information sharing. CDL exploring setup to support Options A, B, & D. Communication through Analytics. NZ License Practice document on Confluence still available for feedback CDLNZ group looking at POLs and invoicing in NZ, e.g. how CDL would enter POLs and invoices for their own purchases.	CDLNZ-PT recommends deferring wholesale cleanup of CDL records until NZ ACQ space is built out. CDLNZ-PT to document each option and look at data issues from feedback, in addition to calendaring workshops to support new workflows. CDLNZ-PT not requiring all campuses to have single approach to ordering off CDL resources, but that may change based on Analytics capabilities.

5	CDL / Local campus Workflows - Updates?		Time permitting		5/2: re: CDL-NZ group to support CDL Shared Acquisitions. Waiting to hear more. (Still true 8/15) 4/25 Lisa S. Alma does not handle negative allocations (that was one of the ways we managed the recharge/deposit w/ transactions by title to draw that down). Lisa M. CDL has met with ExL to outline processes / use cases to take ExL development. Current functionality doesn’t fully support current workflows Google Drive space for recording where/how recharges are recorded SCLG supplying fiscal close deadlines. CDL NZ Shared Collections reviewing current workflows, will start with performing needs assessment		All: see the Google Drive space on recharges - and add in if not there already.
