1 | (STANDING ITEM) Subteam Roundup | Check-in on OSTs - capture any shared issues or cross-team task | 10 | Team | Moving to written round-up format starting next meeting Check-ins should promote awareness of shared needs or friction points, if any. eRes: to explore analytics you need a use case. So went through UCOP stats fitting with Alma (or not). Question: Do all 10 UCs get reaccredited at the same time? (https://www.ucop.edu/institutional-research-academic-planning/content-analysis/academic-planning/accreditation.html ) We want to protect technical services staff from also taking on assessment work. Where does this fit into SILS structure, if at all? RMOST: Session on Thursdays around bound-withs! Formally announce we’re not going to standardize around that. Working to get into a non-fire rhythm. Our biggest issue right now is vendor records and the NZ right now - it’s hard to get the best workflow to get the best data. RSOST: Closing out the AFN task force officially, and cleaning up pages and docs. Also looking at Tipasa for next year. For analytics, we have a subteam that’s working on the Schedule C (resource sharing and ILL) and for internal ops needs. Not just how to create the reports, but how to share them, and making them available. FFOST: AFN user blocks - several test rounds are done and we’re at the point of clarifying config and testing as the same config. What is communication platform that we would use to communicate to each local campus.
Discovery: FRBR display settings are being a thing right now - we’re looking to test a lot of data so if SSM: CDLNZ-PT update. If Serial Solutions goes away, what is the data continuity/integrity plan? CDL NZ project team kicked off; OA project team kicking off next week |
