3	OT / LG updates	Inform on salient issues from OT and LG	5	Sarah	OT: been having a series of meeting where they hear from the two active project teams, both of whom have IDd ongoing work that they see as “new group” work. So OARM and EIMP project teams came to present and answer questions. One of the big things we’re thinking about is “is this SILS, or is this SILS-adjacent?” Is it SILS or is it systemwide work trying to find a home in SILS? OT will give ideas to LG for their thinking process. LG: Continue to work on the HR work of personnel issues, if they arise in subteams.
