Continued discussion of Minimally Viable Product, and expectations for go-live (Day 1, Month 1, etc.) for consortial functionality. How to shape test load stage, and policy/practice level discussion in AEFG.

  • Feb 19-25: Moratorium on any type of bibliographic and holdings records work by campus or SILS groups that could impact data in the NZ. This preserves the data in its migrated state and allows for Resource Management FG to do their data review.

  • Decision page should consolidate work data and training documentation to mitigate proliferation of worksheets
