Review with FG items from Basecamp from other groups, pertinent to scope.

Discussion regarding how to approach additional input wanted from Ex Libris by Acq/ERM FG before full test. Challenge in fitting in calendar. Questions/scope should be assessed in next couple of weeks (i.e., after FG testing opens 9/23), determining what can be answered by already-Alma FG or other cohort members, by documentation, Basecamp queries, etc.

 

@Holly Eggleston (Unlicensed) formulate questions by 9/16 for review by FG from debrief.
@Lisa Spagnolo to review Basecamp items for any key items for FG for 9/16.

Data Migration Testing / and Preparing for FG Testing

Presentation of ways to do data checking in Alma interface and Analytics (intro).

2. FG Testing - Finalizing Structure

Using Issues/Questions to capture/triage testing items as tracking infrastructure developed. See PPC version (also copied into FG version).

  • Priorities - what needs a decision/outcome by end of Vanguard? For Test/before Go-Live? Post Go-live?

  • Time estimation

  • Subgroups - division of test items across FG (& assuming test access as submitted)

More clarity for Vanguard sites on user roles for functional areas, testing needs

Discussion of user roles needed for testing vs. thinking about what user profiles needed for different levels of staffing in production.

Different approaches from being really expansive, to being more strict and testing what one role does vs. another.
