Rules of the road

Roles: facilitator; do we need a chair? what would they do?

Decision-making: fist of five

Team

Initial thoughts:

What if we disagree; how do we be kind to each other?

Facilitators' job is to help organize and be thoughtful about what we’re spending time on. Specifically, by setting the agenda, take notes, and be the timekeeper. Facilitator does not vote.

Meeting Logistics

Determine how often should we meet and how long the meetings should be.

Fiscal close is happening right now which has a hard end date and is particularly challenging this year for CDL due to key staff gaps.

From Team Charge, “Operations Team acknowledges that this burst of effort coincides with end-of-fiscal-year activities, and that it is also urgent to resolve some of these CDL-in-the-NZ issues before the start of fiscal year 22-23.”

Mitigation options?

CDL has money to hire additional support and is to be spent out in the next fiscal year. So we need to know what we need as early as possible. Must be spent FY 22/23.

Campuses are going to keep things the same through the end of this fiscal year.

Meetings will be weekly for 80min; whoever can show up will show up, and we’ll have plans A, B, C, etc for those who can come.
