3	Updates				UCSD is ready to have an initial conversation with us around the Oracle/Alma integration. UCD e-cohort comment: ability to look up coverage now Maria doesn’t feel like we lost anything and SFX coverage might have been better. Sherry: User should be able to look up journal titles in the NZ and see coverage there. Tamara: Maybe e-res could write up a guide or a how-to explaining how to get to the info in the new system. Easiest way is to search in Primo and it should show. Maria: Also if something is missing, ask.		Lisa M will organize a meeting with UCSD. Lisa S would like to attend. If scheduling allows, Sherry and Gem are also interested.

7	Update of current counts in NZ				200 vendors (just looked at migrated vendors from 360) 549 licenses (overall migrated from 360 - could be a lot more eventually - but also a lot that aren’t currently valid) Active orders approximately 430 active orders (NZ orders, not necessarily for every campus) Oracle doesn’t know if it’s ongoing vs one-time About 100 orders for Q1 (but again, not for all campuses)
8	Summary of March Conversation with Ex Libris regarding negotiated Licenses			Tamara/Sherry/Lisa M	A while back Ex Libris and Jessica H, at CSU, gave a presentation about using negotiated licenses for distributing cost info. Ex Libris has something in development to help consortia cost management stuff. UC had meeting with Ex Libris (in March) talking about use case. But haven’t heard updates regarding timeline, sounds like they’re still pre-development. Might be able to work with Ex Libris on this going forward but can’t count on for near future. CSU may have implemented Consortia Manager (3rd party product)
9	Campus Reporting Codes				In prep for future discussions, it would be helpful to know how campuses are currently using acq reporting codes.		Erika will ask at Acq meeting.
10	Parking Lot / Overflow				Best Practice: How long to wait for collection to show in CZ vs creating local record? Inventory subteam will look and probably send to Eres for further discussion. Vanderbilt integrated with Oracle and did a presentation on it. Status Report What we’ve done.
