Criteria for Success

Re feedback from Acq OST: Should we put as part of the criteria for success delivering a timeline on determining what we’re doing as well as actual implementation timeline or does this belong in a different area?

20

What we had before (new in bold):

Overarching criteria for success: The team is successful when we determine what can and can’t be operationalized within Alma. The team has tested and documented the extent of Alma’s functionality for each need. The team will identify staff, programming, or consultant needs to support the successful implementation of CDL workflows. The team will draft workflows or create hand-off documents for relevant SILS groups and CDL staff, including potential timelines, at which point this team may be dissolved.

Don’t feel it belongs in the criteria for success. However, package it as part of the workflows we hand off.

Parking Lot / Overflow

Overview conversation Tamara, Lisa M, and Michelle had with Ex Libris (negotiated licenses)

Think about reporting codes some more (so campuses know what they can use locally)

(Possible question, is this in our area??) How long to wait for collection to show in CZ vs creating local record?

Schedule for:

  • Decision about vendor code

  • Decision about Licenses

  • UCSD Financial integration (should we invite a guest from UCSD? If so, who?)

Vanderbilt integrated with Oracle and did a presentation on it.

For reference: Out of Office/Vacation Schedule
