1	Facilitator intro
2	Updates	Updates on progress for unable to attend recent meetings.		Lisa S	Discussed the issue of when UCSD has to temporarily cover costs for campuses because not enough money has been deposited. Trying to test how this can be done in Alma. How do we figure out how often this happens? (Maybe just Q1 and Q2 for an example.) Who needs to be brought in to weigh in on the financial part at CDL/UCSD? Need to get additional input from them. If POL has all the need data, will Angie still need to submit the separate form? Maybe prior to integration but hopefully not after?	Gem Follow-up with Caitlin regarding San Diego integration discussion. Gem also follow-up regarding if we need to bring in other financial experts at CDL/UCSD (i.e. approving fund structure, etc). Going to run the distribute Network Acquisitions Changes to Members job on Wed, prior to the sandbox refresh, so we can briefly see what it looks like. Will notify via the acq/eres job. These changes will go away on Monday with the refresh. Gem will update and coordinate with Sherry for actually running the job.
3	Testing in Production	Determine who needs to be consulted and/or would be affected.			Because Analytics is not available in the sandbox, it limits the testing we can do. Wait a bit longer till we have a more viable architecture. Might need to work with Ex Libris to get the test transactions completely deleted from the production system.
4	Parking Lot / Overflow				Come back by Labor Day with more info around the outstanding questions. Best Practice: How long to wait for collection to show in CZ vs creating local record? Inventory subteam will look and probably send to Eres for further discussion. Vanderbilt integrated with Oracle and did a presentation on it. Status Report What we’ve done.
