| List of vendors that migrated from 360 - have a prefix which may need to be updated. What info is desired in the vendor record. Oracle integration will include supplier (financial system code field). Within the next couple of weeks, figure out what needs to be in place before we turn on sharing in the network. Create guidelines on what IZs shouldn’t do with the vendors. When communicating with campuses, need to make sure UC Merced is notified since they don’t have an Acq rep. |

Inventory subteam will look and probably send to Eres for further discussion. Vanderbilt integrated with Oracle and did a presentation on it.
