| Our charged has an expected dissolution date of April. Looking ahead:
Criteria for success: “The team is successful when we determine what can and can’t be operationalized within Alma. The team has tested and documented the extent of Alma’s functionality for each need. The team will identify staff, programming, or consultant needs to support the successful implementation of CDL workflows. The team will draft workflows or create hand-off documents for relevant SILS groups and CDL staff, including potential timelines, at which point this team may be dissolved.” |
