Brainstorming next steps for UX improvements

• all together or individually?

our plan:

• make list of problems defined from research (and other known pain points)

• each campus can tackle a problem individually and come back to the group with solutions that they can copy

  • should inform the rest of the group that they are working so we don’t duplicate each others effort

• would also be nice to compare labels used across campuses

  • but no way to export them in a config file to compare

  • could just start with ones that we know have caused problems

• @Joshua Gomez will build table of problems/needs in Confluence

• @Zoe Tucker will start documenting labels

Next meeting

• Meeting on 3/3 will be cancelled

  • Josh will be on vacation

  • Also gives us time to work on the action items
