Update to membership model (not representative - not expertise based) Talked about a potential SILS newsletter. Considering if this would be instead or in addition to the town hall. Want more info on the January town hall. OT: OT Steering committee is going to talk expanded NZ access. Will also talk about the organization unit name. Continue to work on the beefs document Discussed Pendo which was included just after November release. Didn’t come to a decision on harmonized. Adding citations to course reserve list. Gender recognition and lived name compliance discussion. Network users don’t currently automatically refresh with their original record is updated. Consortia Community of Practice plug Voted to approve the metadata project team extension Talked about the town hall. Maybe lightning round updates from all OSTs and updates from project teams. Discussing how to make this engaging. Waiting on final report on data privacy and security project team. Talked about the sandbox testing for organization unit name. Everything went well. It fixed the problem and didn’t find any other problems the change created. Please let Gem know if you notice any issues in your sandboxes. May try to get this rolled out to production in December. Talked about possible ways to share known issues. All-Chairs: RM finalizing proposal for expanded NZ access and is also planning an all_UC sharing session in January 2024 on catalog maintenance. RS sharing working with Ex Libris on AFN reports. P2P work and working on Tipasa stuff. ERES will be working with us in December on the CDI Exclude eBooks feature. Also working on troubleshooting/communication workplan items. Acq having issues with the new PO UI Accessibility update: No updates since last time. Consortia The Consortia focus group have transitioned to an ELUNA community of practice and now has a website.

4	Retrospective of how the release notes discussion went			Next time do a poll ahead of time asking people to indicate an interest in discussing or if they’re planning to test a specific feature. That way we can just skip the features that aren’t relevant to UC. For those that have indicated an interest in testing, we’ll check approximately half way through the release cycle to see if there are any updates.
