LG:

• Approved the name account project team (use to be called Alma account project team). Have 2 of 4 members confirmed.

OT:

• Request of numbers related to mononyms (users with only one name).

• Pendo tool - we got a little more info from Ex Libris

• Had an Ex Libris support meeting this morning

• Most of meeting talked about expanded NZ access (from RM with collaboration from other teams). The use cases are quite different across functional areas. Would there be an individual named account, a shared account, per campus? Don’t have solid feedback yet and haven’t made a vote yet.

All-Chairs:

• Ex Libris has implemented their Japanese Kanij character fix in the December release based on this table of new and old Kanji forms.

• Eres reports that the Kanopy Base collections has been difficult to manage.

• ELUNA/IGeLU is accepting Support Advisory Group Nominations. All-Chairs is unsure about the ROI for UC to participate. Someone in All-Chairs indicated interest so we’re going to see if they’re interested.

• Went over a draft of the State of SILS agenda.

• Zoe linked to UCLA’s CSS fix for the overlapping search text.

• Anyone using the “resource type filter bar”?

• Briefly talked about NZ ticket 06309022. The remaining issue seems to be with UCD’s holdings not appearing when they should. Gem has updated the NZ ticket to cross reference UCD’s ticket 06658612.

Update on the discussion with E-Resources from Gem

• I emphasized that we were most worried about potentially missing records as well as possible quality differences between the CDI and CZ records and asked for E-Resources to take a look.

• They’ll be making their updates to the same spreadsheet we’re using.

• I requested responses back by mid-January.
