   1. Forming narratives around each major guideline, using the “UC Libraries Staff Person” as our audience for the doc. 

   2. Need to potentially go back and pull out definitions of terms.

   3. Privacy statements = for the user; privacy policies= for the staff. They should say the same thing, but be written in the inverse depending on audience. 

   4. Ideally these guidelines would be such that a staff member could read them and figure out their situation without needing to escalate.
