Still figuring out funds/ledgers process as it relates to recharge. In the future, CDL-NZ group will also be reaching out to SD financial department. Look at inventory and doing some testing on that. |

Michelle noticed locally that a number of resources were missing activation dates. Natalee-Working with Analytics Coordinator for electronic reference resource count. UCSB is trying to determine best way to pull those numbers. Michelle recommended looking at UCSC folder from UCOP meeting. Sherry-CDL will be pulling data for serials and not for e-books. CDL will have a meeting about what data points to use to pull the serials data. Sherry mentioned for stats questions to send emails to cdlstats@ucop.edu Tamara-Gathering usage for reference resources. Mentioned about MPS and that there initially was not any data for UCSC but after a refresh that data is now there. Jason-Has not been directly involved with UCOP. Currently, is familiarizing himself with Analytics. Tried to limit report to active portfolios for journals but was getting some e-book results too. Katie-Is pulling numbers for electronic reference resources. Kevin-Mostly has not been involved with UCOP stats and is focusing more cataloging and database maintenance functions. Judy-Has not been involved with UCOP. Carla-Pulling numbers for UCOP for electronic resources.
