Changes to Linking Parameters in CDI Links

@Sherry Lochhaas

There are changes to Gale and ProQuest CDI configuration. CDI links are now pulled from Alma collections (Gale: LOC_ID, ProQuest: client ID). This is only for Databases that have CDI and full text. If you have local databases in your IZ, check your settings.
