Do we know anything about service stoppage related to cutovers that will impact end users (see this as an example) (Tentative): ICs meeting with EXL on 4/29 to review cutover schedule May email: look out for another email about service stoppages because dates still TBD Other message content: short summary of what we’ve shared so far (June) Screenshot of the list of other UC campuses where you can get materials. Helpful if you’re already on Primo, would be best to be a screenshot of your own campus. (June) Another option is to do a short video of doing a search at your campus and walking through borrowing (local campuses using local campus resources and video platforms). .Edu can get an educational account w/ loom. EUOS could provide guidelines, what criteria to include, and draft a script (which can also be used in closed captioning).
