| When / how do we bring feedback to the EUOS main group? Make a pitch deck-style proposal to bring to EUOS, do a gut-check fist of five on which ones resonate, then get feedback on those. Allow for strong objections and try to work with those. |

| These are big questions and the PMs have decided to start with Marci (ExL PM) and work from there - probably won’t have good answers to these until the new year. “Primo instance delivered - what does that mean? When can they start screencapping / creating teaching materials? MVP Primo that they can use. Discovery FG question: When will the MVP decisions at each campus be made on scope, facets, etc such that EUOS can be creating teaching materials? How unique will the Primo VE be for each campus? vs how uniform → this will determine EUOS division of work.” |
