2 | User experience for discovering and requesting interlibrary loan materials within Primo | Initial Questions/Considerations from Discovery: What would be the best way for us to engage with your group on this work? (for instance, would you like to assign one or more of your group members to join our subgroup? or would you prefer to have our sub-group engage with the entire Fulfillment group at regular meetings? or something else?
Do you have any materials that would be useful for us to review now? (eg. specific confluence pages, testing scripts, usability documents)
Do you have any specific usability questions or issues you would like us to include? (As part of our process we will work with you to identify tasks that users need to be able to complete, but if you have some on hand, that would be great to know!) |
