1	SILS All-Chairs Kickoff Meeting 2/15	Share with the group some general info	5	Ernesto	Ernesto attended. A lot of the groups had similar questions. Including questions around formal communication channels, how decisions are shared. More formal decisions will be transmitted via e-mail. Ernesto will send out a survey to this group asking for input.
2	Chairs Confluence QA Meeting 2/25	Share information from this meeting	5	Ernesto	There was a QA meeting on Friday. Teams were able to learn more about Confluence functionality.
3	Next SILS All-Chairs Meeting 3/1		5	Ernesto	The first All-Chairs meeting will be on 3/1. That group will settle on a re-occurring meeting time.
4	Phase 4 Work Handoff	Review Assigned Tasks and previous experience on this	30	All	Ernesto sent out a link to the handoff document. “Missing or Invalid Data in Network User Records”: Some campuses are seeing multiple stub accounts for the same user or anomalous expiration dates. The personal patron data seems to be complete. The campuses should all have the same configuration for what information is passing through stub records. “UCPath Allowing Employees to Define Preferred Last Names”: UCSD reached out to their SBS office. Campuses differed in their understanding of what had to be in the system for billing purposes. UCSD goes through the bursar’s office and requires a physical ID to create a bill. UCB pulls both preferred and legal name. Communications to the user show their preferred name. Bills are not payed through the bursar’s office. UCB doesn’t collect personal addresses for Staff. UCM uses campus unique ID to tie accounts together, so this shouldn’t be an issue. UCI pulls legal and preferred names for their records. They do not process payments through the campus bursar. UC Merced doesn’t pull any physical addresses into Alma. This may impact campuses that require a physical address to generate a bill. There is an outstanding question of how the funds move to the campus that owns the item if something is lost.		For Row 2 on transition spreadsheet: Joe will look through old documentation for additional information. Ernesto will ask the transition task force for more information.

7	Parking Lot	Capture important topics for future discussion	5		NRLF is trying to solve an issue between Alma and Caia. There’s no workaround to handle these requests as they get stuck in the system. There was a discussion from Phase 3 around Reading Rooms and how that functioned in Alma. One of the campuses (UCR?) might have put in an EXL request around this. This comes into play when there are library use only resource sharing items.		Add library use only items and relevant configurations to the agenda.
