| Contingency planning - what if one campus falls behind? As we come up on “real deadlines” what happens if some one inst misses a deadline? Carlo: We know which inst are considered “problem migrations” = III and WMS → mitigating news is that we know this ahead of time. Sense that there’s some nervousness about the load procedures: diff b/w vanguard and initial test load, then prod load. → talk about this in ICs |
