Sandboxes will have Ex Libris data during vanguard and implementation phases. At Go Live, once all Alma IZ, Primo VEs and NZ are readied, copies will be made so you will have Premium sandboxes (which reflect UC data and environmental architecture)
Marci created a Health Checklists folder on basecamp. It’s got a template as an example in the folder.
Campus contacts for Salesforce were collected in a sheet
Where to deliver files matrix – Laurie created a basecamp to do to show which deliverables got to the MFT and which to the Vanguard Test Load Case.
Integrations work - TBD whether there will be time for integrations in the vanguard phase. Authentication form and 3rd party integrations form were requested during onboarding. Marci has moved these forms due date to September, closer to when test data is available. Put the forms in “3rd Party Integrations” folder on basecamp. “Completed Authentications Forms” is a subfolder.

Ex Libris consultants
Marci grabs chats from meetings and reviews them later and brings them to the next meeting.
We will not reschedule the Labor Day holiday meeting on Sep 7. Ex Libris will be focused on evaluating the loads and getting the data available to us.
CDL was not listed on Alma training tasks. All vanguard institutions should participate in the training. Even if you do not use specific workflows, you need to understand how the system works and how the specific workflows will be implemented by consortium members.
No configuration form for the Network Zone.
UCSB does not need to supply a bib extract and no forms are needed! Yay!

Who should we invite to Thursday’s special meeting? We don’t see an agenda in basecamp yet.
Internal meeting Tuesday morning - Ex Libris will flesh out the agenda for the June 25 meeting. Per Laurie, focus is on migration - getting the data out: 360RM, Intota
All these meetings will be repeated later for non-vanguard institutions.
How many people can feasibly attend based on Ex Libris' experience? Q&As are mostly preplanned based on questions received in advance so it’s fine to have many people attending (whatever Zoom can handle).
Le Tran requested some information on a basecamp thread. Alison will try to answer the questions.
@Alison Ray (CDL) will I try to answer the questions that seem related to CDL on the bc thread Le Tran posted
