1	Check-in / Logistics	Report any major changes in availability / circumstances	15	Chairs	Vanguard will still have access to the environments through Dec. until migration team starts Jan 3. (Per Marci) UCB will go remote-only in the fall UCLA are not scanning for course reserves yet but the pressure is likely to mount and they will likely need to put staff onto that work. Preparing for a budget reduction for at least the next 2 fiscal years. UCM is doing pickup/dropoff at library. UCSD may start doing curbside pickup next week. Greg is working on it. UCLA will do mailing (libraries are not near a curb:) UCB will start planning curbside in August. Davis is doing a shipping service - started it up in May. Also, doing scanning for reserves and research. UCSB set up a pickup and mailing service with Alma (wasn't too hard)

4	Assessment & Test Planning (Due 7/31) Confluence page by 7/23	Report on progress (Gillian, Sarah, Jeremy, Ramon, Robin)	10	Alma campuses	Confluence page for testing docs that Alma campuses found useful - mostly a how-to for first-time in the system. Docs are on google shared drive Links to other consortia’s docs (CSU, CARLI, etc.) UCSC used the the sample test sheet from CSU very heavily Thank you to the group for doing this!!!		@Sarah Lindsey and team will publish their testing confluence page.
5	Vanguard testing	Agree upon expectations for vanguard testing by non-vanguard campuses Assumption: VG campuses need time to review their data before granting accounts to other campuses. Assumption: Local vanguard campus group members will have access to NZ via their campus IC. SILS FGs need access to NZ data - they have responsibility for decision-making. Challenge: Patron/privacy issues (WG subgroup is tackling this area; report to WG on 7/24) Vanguard buddy: Non-vanguard campus gets paired with a vanguard campus to see NZ data. Buddy would give user accounts and have a chance to ask questions. Vanguard inventory: Task each non-vanguard campus to find out who needs accounts at their campus to see the NZ (what data do they need to see and why? what module do you need access to?)	10	Chairs	HOLD TO GET MORE DATA FROM WG DATA PRIVACY SUBGROUP 7/24 Primo URLs will allow view access to everyone Interest in How RLFs will work? How will analytics look? What will SCP records will look in Primo? 6	Other / Homework		5		Share the configuration meeting invite with your local group (7/30) Configuration form will be due 2 weeks after the meeting. Thanks to all the Alma campuses who shared their config forms as a resource - very helpful!
